Jim is an experienced Sales Director, working for Autodesk partners since 1992, including C-CAD Computing, Diatec and now NTI Diatec providing consultation and advice to customers in the adoption and use of CAD and BIM technology. In addition, Jim has many years’ experience providing training and support. ​

Prior to working in the Autodesk channel, Jim had various design roles in engineering industries, including Electronics/Computer Systems, Pharma, Fabrication and Building Services. This background using CAD for PCB layout, schematics, mechanical enclosures, piping, MEP and access platforms as well as customising and implementing CAD for the companies he worked with, provided Jim with the necessary experience to be able to advise, train and support the implementation of CAD and BIM technology.​

Jim has developed his skills throughout his career, keeping up to date with technology through regular Autodesk training and certification as well as business, IS and IT training.​

Jim’s qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business from Cork Institute of Technology (now Munster Technological University), Honours Bachelor of Business Studies degree, Electrical/Mechanical Draughtsmanship, Mechanical Engineering Technicians, Computer Aided Design Certification from CIT, Advanced AutoCAD and Customisation Certification from CIT and Certified Novell Engineer (CNE).​

Jim works with NTI Diatec’s dynamic sales team and is responsible for many of our key accounts.
