Diatec are an Autodesk Platinum Partner & an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Elite Partner. We assist customers with license deployment & configuration across all desktop & cloud Apps & work with organisations to ensure optimised deployment.
Installing Autodesk Apps can be a time-consuming, with an Autodesk Collection taking up to 10-hours to fully deploy. Our professional services have the option of a certified Autodesk engineer to install & configure your required Apps.
This includes configuring drivers, Windows settings & making sure any old licensing where appropriate is removed. The latest service packs together with peripherals, including printers & plotters, can also be set up, configured & tested.
Diatec can also review your overall Autodesk licensing to verify & report on the Autodesk software that is deployed & configured to determine if it is in accordance with the Autodesk licence agreement. Any issues highlighted can be rectified via an agreed program providing you with the reassurance that the right licence is available to the right person at the right time.
